Kjell Erik Øie (born 2 March 1960) is a Norwegian politician for the Labour Party.
He served in the position of deputy representative to the Norwegian Parliament from Oslo during the term 2005–2009. When the second cabinet Stoltenberg assumed office following the 2005 elections, Øie was appointed State Secretary in the Ministry of Children and Equality.
Øie is among the most prominent openly gay politicians in Norway.
